    Thank you Ms. Molly . Hopefully jud, maayu untah. Back to eperformax, if mag self-assessment ko sa among phone conversation maka ingon ko na I kinda gave a pitiful and desperate pitch when I explained to her my case. I would like to presume that she might have misunderstood that I somehow belittle the company, considering its standards and milestones, by applying to work in there as one of my options. But regrettably she was offended by my reason and didn't bother to hear of my propositions so that we could come into terms. I feel bad lang jud cguro atoh.

    Anyhow, mao nag share lang ko diri sako experience sa eperformax recruitment process to advise other applicants not to sound desperate in your interviews; and for those recruiters/sourcing associates, please be courteous, respectful, and open-minded when you communicate with your applicants. Kay sa HR Recruitment ang valued customers nnyo kay ang mga applicants man diba? so treat them well and the same goes for the applicants. Mao lang nah ako point. God Bless ninyo ladies and gentz!

    Wanna share my story and journey:
    From Target to eBay NACS.

    That was August 31 when I passed the GCW I was 18 years and 1 day old. Its my first time to apply for a job. EVER!
    I Started September 4 in GCT certified October 11 Started PST for Target (Target.com) October 28. Took Calls November 13... Around January most of the trainees were "borrowed" from t.com to Target RGS (Financial Institution) to support headcounts because of the US Breach
    (Nag 1-Day PST mi around Dec kadto week sa Pasko then kaugmaan take calls apil mga yellow lanyard ato sa t.cm). Late January all trainees from t.com were officially transferred to RGS and we had our 1week PST per batch.

    That was feb 12 when they announced and surprised us all that all trainees are already tenured effective Feb 16. We were so happy with all of my co-trainees which to me, they are like my ates and kuyas. We're like family. Weeks passed by until there were some rumors that manaktak ang RGS for the 1st time. And we were worried ka nag lie low na ang breach. The week before March 24, naa namiy sched nga di mi mag take calls for March 24's week kay mag training daw mi per batch.

    Apil ko sa first batch nga gi upskilled training to improve our Quality churva, and to me its nonsense kay gi discuss namo puro GCT. "Confidently Saying No" and the likes... Nya muagii daw mi certifications nga okay ra di mu pasar, so ana cla balik mi take calls for after 2 weeks training, so amo g buhat ra sa 2 weeks training:
    >2 hours discussion nag maabot rag chika with the trainer.
    >Go to prod floor, SBS bisah di gud, chika rami.
    > Tag as kay among mga breaks 1 hour 1 hour.
    >Tanga prod floor, tog prod floor
    >Paint sa computer
    But we had fun nag ka close mig samot ako mga ka batchmates and were paid big time. Until way cert nahitabo.
    3rd week came and 2nd batch joined. Mao lang ghapon.
    5th week, nahibung mi g tawag mi by twos paadtuon sa JY Room A kay mag re-assessment with 2 GCT trainers.
    I met JOHN D. ROCKEFELLER, again.
    6th week came and dghan nah "OFF PHONE". and mao lang ghapon.

    7Th week, May 1, JY Room B. All trainees kadto g balhin from T.Com plus one agent originally from RGS, were called for a video conference meeting, even mga RD g contact that was 5AM, 2 hours before amo shift,
    Pag sulod namo naay CONCIERGE, HR, GOAL OFFICER, GCT TRAINER. The person on the video from Manila announced nga "TERMINATED MI SA TARGET ALL OF US 37." Effectively May 30, dili nami tenured and no need to report to work. They told us to have a month vacation or look for a job. It was a shocker and painful to us.

    So, Tuesday, we had our outing with my batchmates cuz probably it could be the last. We went to Alcoy. And n the same day we received a text from a TL that they're calling us back 12AM Tuesday shift to report to work cuz we will be having another Video Meeting from Manila, Same people were there.

    They announced that they would bring us back to GCT/Enhancement its just like you're reporting to prod floor but the deal is still there, that you will go back to black until May 30 and MATA if u don't get certify out of GCT. We didn't even like it. After the meeting we went to training room JY A and discussed this and that, after, the trainer let 12 people to stay to practice for the acct interview and I was included. They said we did well during the JOHN D. ROCKEFELLER thing and we don't need to certify out of GCT just some of my batchmates needs to who were not included.

    Wednesday, after the class, only 10 of us got advanced through acct interview. 9 eBay NACS, 1 DHGate.

    Friday JOB OFFER. AND STILL BE ABLE TO HAVE THE FREE PHONE AND THE YELLOW LANYARD BUT BYE2 INTELLICARE. MAY 9. So our contract with Target is already voided, May 1-9 would be our last pay.

    May 14 start of PST TNS Listing. And now 2Nd week nah!
    Okay kaayo lahi man pud mig compensation sa New Hires.
    I'm happy that I was transferred to eBay! But sad at the same time some of my batchmates needs to certify out of GCT and I just talked to them they will raise this Concierge cuz ila certification kay pirmi lang i move nya karon upat ray nakapasar.

    I previously worked at Eperformax. I was a CSR at Ebay NACS for 9 months. Nihawa ko dri ky grabe ka stressfull sa trabaho, 10 1/2 hours with flex time pa jud nya queueing pa jud kaayo sa tanan, not to mentio ako TL nga sapoton nya ang workforce nga wai consideration. Ako effective day of resignation ato ky the 11th of the month, then, to my dismay, wla man lng koy nadawat na sweldo pgka 15th!!??!! Nglagot jud ko ky ako baya to gihaguan nya ana lng ang HR na mao jud dw na ang process.. WTF!

    hayz same here bai...bastos kaayo na style...this is not the first BPO I've worked for but this is the first time that duol na lang payday, lapas nka sa cut-off then i hold pa ang pay...f#@k....its not as if I am single but I have 2 babies to feed, plus that sweldo was already worked for....dba 1-15th na work sa 30th I pay nila....

Pa as if sila nga maayo na jud kaayo that is why, di usahay mu ila ug applicants. Perhaps, they think na kita bitaw ang beggars for job. Pwera gaba ra ba jud na GCT period, murag mga duot sa bukog ilang allowance while sa uban call centers insakto na ang bayad. Sa mga naka basa ani, kung naa mu friend sa HR, please pd ko remind nila na eremind ilang self na tao ra sila. Same with sa ilang Finance, ka na si SALLY kay di siya normal na tao kay maldita kaayo. When you ask and verify, mu strong dayun. Descendants cguro ni HULK ba. Scary kaayo na tao, pang horror movie jud kay mahadluk naman lang ka niya labi na kung mag file ka ug loan. Kung mu gawas ka ug buot2x kay IR isagpa sa imong face. Incident Report jud dayun imung snacks sa imu break. LOL. Lastly, ang kape sa eMax kay libre. Lasaw kaayo tabla ra ug wala. Mas maayo pa ug wa kay maikog lang ta nila. Lemonade ug ice tea kay naa free mao na ang company's special feature. (Apply na!)

    After eMax, nka decide ko na I need a better life not surrounded with jurassic like mouths and flex upto sawa. Mao ra to..salamat sa pag basa. Amping tanan!

    Hahaha.....same here I've been with Emax for 4 years.Naka realize lang jud ko bag-ohay nga dapat na jud ko mu gawas ani nga company kay AMBOT LANG JUD.....policies dili consistent.One thing ang flex lagi daw I've heard nga 1 hour nah.That's why I decided to text my friends that are still working there."They said nga tinuod jud kuno ang flex kay 1 hour nah."

    @avaya123 sakto jud ka nga e maximize jud ila ilang agent.Just to tell a short story naa ko teammate didto sauna nga na sick siya g.pasud jud siya sa OPS kay mag-kulang daw ang headcount nya g.ignan siya sa amung officer nga ipa sent home lang ka namo.After that my teammate arrived pero wala g.pa sent home kay dili daw mu sugot ang workforce.LOL na lang jud kaayo.Pero kung KAILA jud kaayo nila ang taw hala diretso dayon ug pa sent home.Naa pay promotion ang mga ma promote kay kanang near sa ilang heart ug kanang mu sip2 jud ug maayo.
