. Hopefully jud, maayu untah. Back to eperformax, if mag self-assessment ko sa among phone conversation maka ingon ko na I kinda gave a pitiful and desperate pitch when I explained to her my case. I would like to presume that she might have misunderstood that I somehow belittle the company, considering its standards and milestones, by applying to work in there as one of my options. But regrettably she was offended by my reason and didn't bother to hear of my propositions so that we could come into terms. I feel bad lang jud cguro atoh.
Anyhow, mao nag share lang ko diri sako experience sa eperformax recruitment process to advise other applicants not to sound desperate in your interviews; and for those recruiters/sourcing associates, please be courteous, respectful, and open-minded when you communicate with your applicants. Kay sa HR Recruitment ang valued customers nnyo kay ang mga applicants man diba? so treat them well and the same goes for the applicants. Mao lang nah ako point. God Bless ninyo ladies and gentz!
