abortion is murder,evil,bad, etc.. but there are instances it is a NECESSITY.. there is also overpopulation we have to contend with.. (i hope you dont mistake overcrowding with overpopulation, i expect you people are smarter than that)

abortion should be LEGALIZE under special circumstances... other than those circumstances it should not be legal.

as to what those circumstances are you can make a list.... but the bottom line is abortion should not be use as a way to avoid the consequences of one's own action done not under any influence or force.

I totally agree !!! I have only two on my list...

1. Rape victims should be given a chance to decide.
2. Abnormal fetus as confirmed through ultra-sound, imaging machines or the likes. The mother should be given a chance to decide.
