by the way, naay part sa atong utok nga mag-secrete og chemical nga magresult og body temp rising.;... kalimot lang ko kung unsa to xa nga part sa atong utok.. murag mao to imong targeton ba para makuha nimo ang kalintura effect ... ^_^

and lastly, kung tinuod mn lang gani nang CHACHOBONG, why not drink a very small amount of it? ... kay makainit man kuno kaayo na sa lawas to the point nga mabuang ang tawo, pero after an hour or 1 day maulian man pud dayon... perog kung very small amount lang imong inumon murag dili cguro ka mabuang noh? ..... last result na kung desperado na jud kaayo ka....

HEP B can be transmitted via blood transfusion, sexual acts, mother to child... not by sharing of things, kissing, or whatsoever.

but depende what type of HEP B you have. if it's active, then you can pass it to your sexual partner, take note ha by sexual acts only not by KISSING.

if inactive, carrier ra ka ana. positive lang mag result pero di ka kainfect with other people. and others should not treat you like as if mangdiri sila nimo. it can't affect your lifestyle, can't affect your work, etc... but rare chance to go abroad. pangayo lang og certification sa imong doc to assure the company your capability to work.

it ain't curable. it will be negative now but by chance mubalik when you aged. naa man tambal. GLUTATHIONE is famous for hep patients. ingon pa sa doctor, makayabo sa kaldero sa kamahal. you must not stop the medication even mag negative ka.

    what you can't do:
    you can't donate blood
likayi ang alcohol/liquor coz if not then this might trigger the virus from inactive to active

don't be scared. take note doctors can extract anti-hep from you coz you already develop it. maka tabang pa ka =) you develop the anti-hep by being positive.

just live normally. each individual is unique. it happens you have that and others don't. think of it as a gift. you'll never know what good it may bring in the future.

    PAHABOL:
HEP A & C are very contagious. Mao nay angayan likayan, you can't share food with them or anything.

Only that HEP A are curable but easily transmitted.

HEP C are common to drug addicts and alcoholics. Cirrhosis as what they term it. Hubag na ang atay.

And apply also the concept of "The Power of Now",. nakaingun dd2 sa ilang book nga ayawg puyo sa PAST, ayawg puyo sa FUTURE, diri lang sa PRESENT pagpuyo.

Past is past, you cant change your past history in anyway (from science). and you cannot change your future kay wala pa nahitabo,. BUT you can change your present! though you can shape your future, BUT it is not 100% of what you want it to be.
your future lies in the NOW, the present.

    just feel the 'NOW'!

    ...common FEEL IT SOLDIER!!

    hehehhee
