    rice is sugar.potato is sugar.camote is sugar.fries is sugar.bread is sugar even wholemeal bread. it comes with different names. but it is still a form of sugar.

    the less conscious i've been with regards to checking myself on the weighing scale, the more effective ako pagpagamay. compared during US political season last year (4th quarter) ug karon, ma feel na nko ang difference. di nko muhiyak ron. lol. i have not gone to gym yet for fear nga mu recur na sab ako lumbar pain ky this was the very reason naundang ko sa last nko visit. jogging2 ra ko for 3+ months. still have a lot of work to do, though.

    Basta mahulog og routine na sa atong body ang atong jogging-jogging, nahulog nalang og normal.
    Once in a while nalang pod gani ko mag-check sa akong weighing stats.

    apili ug sprint panagsa boss ang imong jogging activity para ma shock imong lawas haron maka feel napud ka ug bag-ong pama-ol . sagolan jud nako ug sprint ang akong jogging once in a while para kada jogging pama ulan jud permi, pero be sure nga naa kay recovery period para pag prevent sa injury. mao ni various activity sa akong jogging/ running , 400 meter sprint ,staircase run ug barefoot running. at least once a week ok na.
