it takes time and needs alot of practice and dedication..this is my way of activationg the 3rd eye..I don't know if there is a short cut method..

shortcut?..bro as i have mentioned ghosts are emotion-based energy signatures..you just have to level with their vibration..and then you can see them..some people don't have control.. our emotions affect the effectivity in seeing them..it's like in the movies..if you have noticed a certain character is in deep depression then suddenly he/she starts to see a white lady..now why man sya nkakitag white lady..because the basic reason for the entity to exist is because of the same emotion as the character in the movie felt; deep sadness or depression then in that case ka level na sila ug emotional patterns that's why mka manifest na ang white lady because sa tao..a very happy person will never ever see a white lady unless that person knows how to level his emotions as to what the kind of emotional pattern the white lady exists..i.e anger, fear, sadness etc. for me the third eye is somehow a capability of the brain to switch vibrations so that it can level with other entities.

ahh that one my friend can be achieved through practice...there are certain things nga imong buhaton pra ka ma sensitive to all kinds of vibrations..it'd be too long to explain here even me im still not sensitive isn't adept in changing my own frequencies to level with these energy beings

both.. depends on the level of ones awareness or level of development... some can even communicate, exchange energies (peaceful or hostile intentions), some are too evolved to even be used as medium for other souls to take possession of their bodies for a given time.
