if you belong to the upper class like ABC, dili pod na ingon nga intelligent na lang jud ka. kay di baya na mapalit ang intelligence ug kwarta. naa ra na sa paningkamot nimo nga magtuon. same goes if you are in the lower class like DEF and so on and so forth.

what happened lang sa election is usually ang naa sa lower class ang di kaayo nindot ang result sa votation. because they are susceptible to vote buying. kay kana nga class is ingon sila are the poor, the poorer and the poorest. meaning below poverty line. so if offeran sila ug money, most are tempted to take the money kay day to day survival man sila. dapat mo earn sila para makakaon...

Actually I know a lot , well from the area I came from who are CLASS " D and beyond " who accepted money from leaders . Diha nasayop ang politiko , he/she thought na VOTE BUY niya ang CLASS D and beyond , guess what ? NI suhol siya ug kwarta para ibutar hinuon ang atbang .

Would we classify that a INTELLIGENCE ? Definitely not , street smarts , YES .

Therefore , one needs not to be a CLASS A or B or for that matter , i apas ang C just to justify your position in the society and to know who are the SMART VOTERS . I firmly believed that these are more attributed to the individuals attitude and outlooks in life , not being a RICH or POOR status .

Example lang sa Talisay , EddieGul offered through the business sector allies 200 million pesos to JVR na di mo dagan against niya because he knows it will be a force to reckon with . Kadako ana na amount , but the voice of the CLASS D and beyond asked JVR to pursue fight for it and that is the reason why he won . Pero kana siya na example , its only a speck of the entirety of the universe . Just saying na di nato maliiton ang CLASS D people kay according baya sa COMELEC lols .

On the other hand .... this makes the UPPER CLASS " ABC " not so of a SMART VOTER at all because daghan pod sila which sakay lang sa panahon and uso ., personal vested inteerst and influence . Both the RICH and POOR VOTERS have these different attributes that makes them DUMB VOTERS . Ma shock lang ta since gi look down ug sakto man gud ang pobre na murag CLASS A ra ba sila lols .
