interested ko ani at first ky barato ra and dako2x pd ang area but nadiscourage ko sa monthly dues and sa water and electricity installation and parking fee ky mahal daw..
Naa pd niyaw2x na lain2x daw ang gsulti sa seminar and sa actual na unit.

mam, i am not in the correct position to defend the DECA company since I am just an agent.
If you like, we can set up a meeting and go to the office to address your concerns. Ang tanan mam, gi encourage to attend the required seminar para maka hibaw sila unsay ma expect and also matubag ilang mga pangutana.we agents are not allowed now to attend, only the buyers. before sa DECA subdivisions,naka attend ko in behalf sa akong client pero kron wala na. we have separate seminars,exclusive for us agents only. during sa seminar, you as clients are expected to pour out all you questions to the management para walay mahay unya ba mao nga dapat maminaw ug kung naay pangutanan,mangutana during sa portion of the seminar when ang nag seminar mo ingon : "any questions?"
