Regarding sa corruption, the only quick solution I thinkl to the growing problem of graft and corruption in government is to create a system where we can deputize or empower several organizations and individuals to create “FORCE MULTIPLIERS”. Congress and Senate may think that by impeaching Ombudsman Merceditas Gutierrez, ilang ma remove ang road-block in their pursuit of justice if not revenge on the past Arroyo administration. That may be so, but in the bigger picture, our legislators also have to think in terms of “Force Multipliers” in the battle against graft and corruption.
We have enough Colleges of Law, Public Administration, religious organizations and NGOs who have knowledge and expertise that make them valuable allies and deputies in the fight against the wide spread corruption and abuse of authority.
kanang part 4 and 5 sa video kay sentimental kaau.
They didn't search in the right cities! Go to India (Delhi, Bombay...etc.) and Bangkok and tell me which is worse or worst!!!
^^grabe d i kaayo ang traffic ngadto sir? wa pa ko naka adto gd...
Are you SUREEEEE you've been to DELHI?
look at this pic! I just got this off the internet because I don't have an actual picture..
but tanawa ang mga sakyanan.. WALAY USO ANG SIDE MIRROR NGADTO.. although naa nay uban na naay sidemirror.. ilang LTO ngadto kay walay klaro.. there's probably 1 accident in every 8 seconds in India
and remember, in India COWS walk among people without being bothered because they are holy.. they can go inside buildings, elevators, foodcourts,
and cause traffic without people doing anything about it..
That's one photo of traffic congestion LoL... not exactly a dependable representation. You could just as easily find a bumper to bumper shot of L.A. There's no escaping the fact that Manila is a nightmare and without a big change in thinking and policy decision Cebu will ultimately follow it's grim example.
Also the documentary considered factors such as cost of living, quality of life, driving rules and enforcement.

all the more reason to consider India being worse.. remember, in India water is even a luxury...
There is also a documentary that centers on India's traffic situation, driving rules and enforcement... i don't have a link to it right now but ipakita btaw to sa non-cable channel everyday sauna.. mga 8pm or 9..
here's something I found in youtube..
YouTube - Indian streets named world's most dangerous - 28 Aug 09
the accent's also British.. BBC also?
also, I wish I would have taken an actual picture to show you and everyone here.. but why do I need it, if you say you've been to Delhi already....
here's a vid from BBC also.. Driving test in India.. check the comments

Why do you insist on doubting? I'm European, many Europeans go backpacking across India before or after higher education, it's really not unusual. I recommend you travel yourself that way you can draw your own conclusions from experience rather than a photo.
