depends on unsa imo definition sa barato. cuz naa ko kaila, Ritchie Linao iya name, freelance na siya then experienced na siya sa web design ug development. he has affordable web design package rates, but not really that cheap... kay dili man ka mka-expect ug good quality sa design if super cheap imo gusto gud...

Yeah, I agree with everybody, TS, pwede ra jud ka magsugod usa sa free na blogspot or wordpress na website before ka magpahimo. Ang ako na-notice ani na field, wala man jud problema ang pagsugod kay dghan man kaau free tools kun kugihan lang ka mangita... but the difficult part is maintaining the website. Diligence and hard work gyud kelangan. Good luck!
