Nabutasan ang nilalabang copyright infringement ng ABS-CBN laban sa show na Willing Willie. Mismong sila kasi aminado na hindi naman kanila ang idea at konsepto ng show na Wowowee.

Tila nakascore ang kampo ni Willie Revillame sa pagpapatuloy ng pagdinig sa copyright infringement case na isinampa ng ABS-CBN sa Willing Willie at sa TV5.

Inamin kasi ng ABS-CBN Business Unit Head Marilou Almaden na hindi original an konsepto nag programa nya noon na Wowowee.

Sabi ni Atty. Leonard De Vera, " She admitted this idea, this concepts, this mechanics, this theme, are not original to ABS-CBN. If there is no originality, there can be no copyright infringement. "


Pero giit ng kampo ng ABS-CBN, pag-aari nila ang lahat ng nakita, narinig sa programang wowowee na tila napapanood at napapakinggan din daw ngayon sa show na Willing Willie.

Isa isang panunuurin ng prosecution ang depensa ang walong episode ng Wowowee at anim naman sa Willing Willie sa pagdinig sa susunod na linggo.

Pero naka score din ang ABS-CBN, pumayag kasi na maginhibit si Judge Luisito Cortes ng Quezon City RTC na sya namang dumidinig sa reklamong inihain sa ABS-CBN ni Willie Revillame para pakawalan na sya sa kontrata.

Nagsampa naman ng motion for reconcedaration ang kampo ni Willie para hilinging mag-inhibit si Makati RTC judge Villarosa sa copyright infringement case dahil umano sa koneksyon nya sa mga abogado ng ABS-CBN.

what do you expect from the bitter station? they were having this concept of "kapamilya" however, it doesn't reflect on the type of management it has.

i used to be a viewer of abs-cbn, but since this issue happened, i realized i should switch channels. i must admit, there are some shows of abs-cbn that are worth watching. but i don't stick to the station anymore if you know what i'm saying.

the objective of willing willie is to give joy to the people. and abs-cbn is attempting to stop the show by their desperate moves. do you think, this station deserves to be called "kapamilya" ?
