^^ i doubt that... this contractor is known to be quality oriented with the materials... he constructed a building for my cousin in law and it was magnificent...

ya i know also the contractor ani from our organization of architects but di mi pareha chapter.......pero sayang, labad jud ni sa ulo sa niya ning nahitabo.....wala natay mahimo...even though he makes magnificent projects before but the "damage" has been done.....lisod na kaayo kung kinabuhi sa tau imu kontra....

sa ako nakita.. as a practicing civil engineer.. ako ma kita nga saup according sa pics kay either:

1.) early ra kaau gi tangal mga shorings (supports sa forms).. wala pa ni gahi ang semento...

2.) poor worksmanship on the structural forms.. (kulang ra kaau mo gunit sa semento while gipagahi pa)

3.) structural failure.. saup jud structural designer. nag pa labi char2x...

4.) wa na tarong og buhos semento ang mga porma.. basi naa parts na walay semento.. so tabla ra naglupad ang kadto nga part..

5.) saup ang timpla (batch) sa semento..

6.) nagpataka chipping or nagpataka scaffolds ang mga trabahante

nagtinangga ang site engineer.. grabe na pud wala checking2x.... kaubo jud ang contractor ana bah....

hmm.. in construction.. there are other things to consider baya pud..

assuming ok.. safe tanan..

look at the pic... duol baya kalsada...

vibrations.... it may seem unnoticeable but it is very dangerous... structures nga ala pa ni cure ang semento.. sensitive kaau sa vibrations... molihok baya ang mga porma.. maski slight lang vibrations.. mo weaken na cya sa mga porma or sa mga scaffolds.. kanang semento kung basa pa.. murag tubig.. pangitaon niya ang point of least resistance and didtu nya i dump iya force...

we have to consider nga kusog vibration kay duol baya sa kalsada...
