it cant proven , nor disproven ...
but what if .. (just an assumption) he exist as believers believe he does?
How do you conceive of "God" of what religion / is he a person or a stone . does he have 8 arms , does he do lightning is he a giant . and how do you know that such a being does exist?How do you conceive of "God" and how do you know that such a being doesn't exist?![]()

What do you mean?
I haven't argued in this thread that God does exist. Ramini made a statement that "there is no God" and I'm interested in learning about his reasons for his belief that's why I asked him that question.How do you conceive of "God" of what religion / is he a person or a stone . does he have 8 arms , does he do lightning is he a giant . and how do you know that such a being does exist?![]()

For insight on God's existence and innocence, watch Zeitgeist The Movie
@chad
bacn daugon ni soul doctor sa statistics..hahaha!!! 8 out of 10 atheists had problems with their daddies..haha!! whutta flimsy assumption..
@sharkey
it would've been much more productive to the thread discussion if you posted your opinions regarding the movie that you're endorsing and its relevance sa topic sa thread rather than just telling people here to watch it.

I'll say that Zeitgeist is very informative and though-provoking. There are two sides to religion - it could be true and divine for generations. Or it is nothing more than an elaborate scheme to control people's minds by making them afraid that an invisible entity is watching them.
Some people have yet to tackle the twist to "God made man in his own image", which is "Man made God in his own image"
Need a link to see the religion portions of the film? Check these.
YouTube - Zeitgeist - The Movie - Religion 1/3
YouTube - Zeitgeist - The Movie - Religion 2/3
YouTube - Zeitgeist - The Movie - Religion 3/3
So what's your opinion? is it true or nothing more than an elaborate scheme...what's your take?
what have you tackled or tried tackling? in regards to this "God made man in his own image" or "Man made God in his own image"
try taking a side or giving your own take on these things..rather than informing us what the links you provided is all about...im sure daghan na nkakita anang mga links nmo..what they don't know is your opinion which might prove a point or not..either way it's your opinion and that is your own.
might be OT but if one looks from a perspective that life ends at the death of the body:
- the Haiti Earthquake (100,000 killed)
- the Tsunami (500,000 killed)
- the Holocaust (6,000,000 killed)
- Rwanda (nearly 1,000,000 killed)
then an all powerful, loving god who looks on with apathy may not make sense. but if one looks from another perspective where life goes on even with the destruction of one form (i.e. the human body), then the concept of god may make sense. what do you think?![]()
