the same thing happened to me too. pait kaayo kay ningbayad kog sakto sa gipalit nako nga phone from a certain istoryan pero pag-abot sa bay kay no or low signal ang phone, di pa jud ko maka receive ug call eventhough naay 2 signal bars.. gi-try nako sa laing lugar pero mao man ghapon.. pasalig kaayo ang seller nga wa jud daw defects ug ang ending kay defective diay ang phone. ako dayon gtextsan to nga istoryan about the problem 4 hours after i purchased the phone pero di sya murply hangtud nga ning ingon ko nya nga ako nalang i-uli ang phone nya pero ingon sya di na jud daw pwede mauli akong gibayad. nihangyo ko na bsan 75% lng sa akng gibayad akong makuha, di na jud daw pwede kay iya na daw gipalit ug tambal for his kid.. wa nako napahimuslan ang phone, ako nalang gihatag sa kung kinsay makaantos ug ing-ato nga cellphone.

ang lesson: be particular with the WARRANTY. we should be after of the warranty bsan unsa pa na nga butang atong paliton.
