actually i raised this to my TL but nothing happens, tando tando lang.. then during my exit interview, i asked the hr personnel regarding the issues that have been raised by agents on the floor if they are already acted upon and what she said?. 'i cannot disclose the information since it is "accenture confidential" but rest assured that we are doing something about it'....but we haven't seen any changes, so how will we know if they're doing something about it?. that 'accenture confidential' thing covers their butt and is used to shut the mouth of agents.. what else can I do? RESIGN.. this forum helps a lot to those people who wanna try accenture accs.. im a lot happier now in imperial palace so i dont care these issues are raised or not (hey, these issues are already raised but everything stays the same!). im just giving ny side of the coin!. but accenture was a great experience! nothing compares!
so if benefits are good, does it mean u will stick with the company? how many times do i have to reiterate that it's the DIRECT MANAGEMENT that made me resign (i think u should read previous posts). and wa ko nataktak noh!,.. if you own a "company" then u should give a lot of benefits so that nobody will resign... as what i have said, "sour graping" (as u put it) is not only for people who were fired, we just voice out our opinions which is the main essence of ISTORYA.NET...
