this should have never gone to court

it only shows that this guy who wrote that long piece starting with a yahoo group then a moderator picked it up and posted it here was just to malign the drummer of cueshe.......

That vince never wanted the refund for his drum equipment.... he wants something more destructive.... he wants the reputation of cueshe tarnished...... so its on to the courts now...

why didn't it just stay in yahoo group which was more specific to drummers unlike istorya.net which is a community......

I can vouch for cueshe's drummer....... not this vince guy..... people have been taken for the ride....

I've been known as a very just and reasonable moderator. I am lenient and in some cases, stern.. depending on the situation. But you're pushing it, DAGGET.

And as a response to your post... YES! This should have never gone to court, your boy MIKE shoudl've just settled the issue. BUT... it hasn't gone to court yet.... it's mere publicity on Mike's side... ask him about the court order, the subpoena... WHERE IS IT?? IS IT COMING SOON?

If I wanted to bash CUESHE's drummer.. I shoulda just posted on the CUESHE Bashing thread....But DID I I didn't, right? I didn't know who CUESHE was before this issue came out... I have no reason to bash them (and I've told you this over and over and over again... are you having a hard time understanding this) I posted this here in istorya.net because we do have Cebuano musicians .. specifically, drummers. I know there's a few gigging drummers here.. and they need a heads up.

If Vince didn't want a refund... why the hell did he keep on calling MIKE's people then?? What was Mike's alibi.. his PA ran with the money LOL ... dude, it's only a few hundred pesos... we're not talking $$$ here. Yet what did Mike do about the matter... NOTHING! instead he'd rather pay his lawyers than to settle the issue.... and what case does he have?? NOTHING... there's nothing Libelous in Vinci's email letter to the pinoydrums egroups.

what if somebody posted me on a yahoo group that i am a RAPIST and with a very detailed story that sounds convincing.....

Then it gets posted in istorya.net just to give a heads-up to all the women....

let them settle the issue... all we are getting is information that favors one from another......... in other words not impartial....

2 sides to a coin.... thats the rule.... impartiality.... who has corroborated with this vince.... how many drums have the drummer smashed....
