So if i were to change..what AMD processor would you recommend?
i'm thinkin of changing my board anyway cos ASUS said mine doesn't support jumper free.. so might as well change processor..
currently i have a P4 1.7

which AMD should i get?

mine is reaching those temps btw cause i dun have any supplement fans to cool the system just removed the left cover should be cooler when i get my case modded soon

Anyways, AMD processors can run up to 80deg, thats its maximum threshold So 50-60 is till not a problem and what you should check it stability.

I think for intel processors with clockspeeds of 3Ghz w/ HT and up... mag lisud na ug gukod ang Athlon XP series even with the XP3000+. The XP series is reaching its limit.. padung na phase out.. mao na pulihan na sa AMD64/Athlon64 series.
