1st call center experience- wa ko kauyon sa TL and sa account... awol jud daun ko... wahahahaha!

2nd call center experience(present)- ganahan kaau ko kay dili ra strict.. nindot kaau.. wa jud ko na-stress. different man gud xa sa normal na call center... actually, bag-o ra ni nga company... mga virtual personal associates ang tawag sa mga agents...

nice thread. i've always wondered how it feels like working in a call center.

so after wasting my time reading the previous pages, i have a question for you guys.

do you feel like you deserve more pay and nice benefits considering your current job situation?

it depends.. some callcenter kay daghan benefits kay dependi daw sa client nila .. so say for example usa ka call center company each account nila lain lain og benefits kung e compare sa lain na account pero of one call center company sila ha..
deserving ?? i think so, lahi man gud ang magbilar or mag work at night ..lahi ra kaayo ang sleep sa nite og sleep sa day.naay uban taw nga cant sleep sa morning nya resulta kay they cant concentrate sa work sa gabii, so i think they deserve a little higher pay than morning work

well this is my first call center job and I have been with them for 3 years na.. lahi ra jud ang tulog sa gabii pero pero malingaw ka sa imong workplace.. magkasinabot mo sa imong TL og teammates.. ok raman.. labi na maka timing ka og account nga galante ang client.. pagka hayahay hmmm(HighFlier)??sa mga nakasabot.. kabalo mo unsa na nga term og aha nga account.. hehehhe.. palabay og pailob lang jud magdugay ka sa call center business....Call center Peppzz rules...heheheh
