Usa ra ka HR ang mag handle sa interview maong dugay. MAayo nadawat ka, after 7mo. naa nakay experience sa callcenter. Technical raba na ilang questions kay webhosting ang company.
lage...naa jud ko wala ma tubag sa pangutana, ni ana jud ko, im sorry sir but i dont know the answer..hahahha.. pero naa sad na tubag nako kay i was able to do some research about their company..

ako im currently employed sa 1and1. Na hire ko 2007. Been with ups and downs sa 1and1. 2years ko sa 1and1 support then mo 2years napud sa Fasthosts support.
so almost 5 years nko dri, but time will come nga kapoyon ka pero technically challege jud ang 1and1.. daghan au ka makat-onan..
now adays daghan napud ni silag mga subaccounts..
Kato ganahan mo apply its good for starters though... pang experience recommended.

Actually, dili man necessary fluent ka, as long as masabtan imo english dawat ka.. ug maau lang ka mo tubag sa mga pangutana.
Ang importante how you rebutt to the questions being asked by the interviewer.
If they think you're capable of doing so, then how much more if you are now on the actual taking live calls.. haha
kay ang importante maau ka mangatik ug customer...
If you are internet savvy and technically equipped is a plus factor.. Technical is so dynamic...
kailangan jud naa ka ani nga factors to convince interviewers..
kay sa akong case sauna, im an IT grad literally fresh grad, but i don't know about online shop or ecommerce..
as far as i remember the question was:
How do you explain to the customer who wish to buy products online and he is about 60 years old, what will you do??

i will ask him what page he is at, then walk the customer through step by step till we reached the confirmation of the order hahaha
