There's a problem with the promotion system which we're trying to sort out. After we've figured that out, your PM limit will correspond to what's set for your rank (which is supposed to be CIA).

Congrats sa move to vbulletin mga mods. As expected, it was easy to navigate and faster. i have a question about my username though. any other way to recover/change it back to "t3ChNo™"? i noticed while changing my password earlier that my username changed to "t3ChNoâ„¢" which makes it difficult to enter my username because of these special characters.
