Mkapaputi, yes! But mkapalig.on, I doubt! And honestly, you can only use it about once a week! DLi siya permi e everyday or else ur teeth will thin out and later on cause abrasions and sensitive teeth!

wla naman gd ang akong 1st molar ug 2nd bicuspid sa left side ug 2nd bicuspid sa right side.
if ang 3 mao akong pa postiso.an pila pd kaya? pra akong mabudgetan.
