Try ningyo STK restaurant at Capitol near Nozomi Furtun services. They had Panga, blue marlin Belly, turtle soap, Suglaw and many exotic food especially sea foods. And also the price is worthed.

kung pa-romantic effect... try cowrie cove, unya para di kaayo mahal... go there on Thursday nights (they have dinner buffet then)
