1. go to confession
2. have someone pray over for you or receive the Holy Eucharist
3. Pray
4. Meet friends, good trusted friends (not the ones who are bad influence)
5. watch a movie, eat your comfort food
6. start a new hobby
7. do something you never did before (watch movie alone, put on new style of make up)
8. read joke books
9. shop a little
10. don't stop praying..
We can always cope, but Its God who heals. God bless!

The best thing to do is get an interesting activity that will help you forget your situation, you can also get in touch with your friends and have fun with them, time heals old wounds.
