    low cost housing imoha pero all concrete? or imong pasabot kanang wall ra sa gawas ang concrete? then tiles pa? ang septic tank ani usa ra? or do you need 1 for each?

    ang ako nimo para maka-save ka, ayaw lang sa e-tiles then ang imong slabing sa 2nd floor kay ayaw lang usa e-concrete kay kalas kaay ug cemento kanang slabing...makabalay naman ka anang 400k pero dili concrete tanan...

    Low cost housing lang bai, since the plan is duplex type, common lang ang septic tank, 400k each unit the total 800k more or less. . kung dili gyud maigo hinay hinayan nalng ..

    Ang cost Boss mura'g depende kung asa ka nga town or zone.

    Amoa kay P18k for 4 units of 24sqm each (2 in 1/f, 2 in 2/f).
    Na-OK ang building permit in 4 weeks from date of application.
    Lacion amoa Boss.

    And im not sure if mahal ra ba ni or dili.
    Ang ako lang is nakuha jud ang permit.... wala gilumluman.

    sorry boss d ko familiar..plan ko tukod balay hinay hinay..nya ako i second floor

    ikaw ra galihok boss or nagpatabang raka? kay naa man to niingon nako sila process 25k daw.

    Hi good pm! We're planning to construct our house and with the help of my architecture-student cousin we already have a detailed design of the house.

    Karon we plan to deal with an employee of the city hall na sila mu buhat sa tanan plans required for the bldg permit ug structural analysis apil napud with pirma na sa engineer and architect and prescribed copies napud. Ila gipangayo is 32k. Ok ra ni na price?
