mga nag pet og RES naka try namo ug feed sa inyo bao ug ani na clasi sa ok-ok Turkistan Roach or Blatta Lateralis mapalit ni siya sa piper's pet shop or naa sab ni sa pets sa buy and sell na forum, notice nako na pas pas kaayo sila mo kaun. I use to feed this roach to my tarantula and scorpion ng pets. i alternate lang pud nako sa ila feeds.

mas dali sila mo dako bro if ang roach na ako gi mean, (are gut loaded,google this) og mas ma feel sa RES na naa sila sa wild kay sila na mismo mo hunt sa ilang food which means na ma exercise sila, pero dili siya advisable na every day, mas ok na alternate with the pellets or unsa imo usual na ga ipakaun sa RES..

lingaw kaayo tanawon kay mag dakup dakup sila sa roaches..

sure thing bro!!! pwede ra pud ang crickits you can find this live feeders sa pets, sa buy and sell or naa pud sa piper's pet shop, sa banilad.

make sure to balance the diet of your RES, bati man sab if puro protein lang.
