so where is the location,norms?hope its somewhere different(from baseline) so that you can cater different set of students...the location is a BIG factor in joining/practising MA

no.. this is a new branch of gracie barra(in cebu)...gracie barra is the largest bjj academy worldwide..if m not mistaken its founded by carlos gracie jr..

@bytelick: if its too expensive for u. then dont train there. quality has a price. normster is a 2 stripe blue but hes the best cebuano BJJ grappler i know so far. and its gets u 2-3 years of serious training to be promoted to blue. and yes, he has several awards already in tounaments in manila.

ummm... the location will be closer to you...its in IT park... im stil in talks with the guy pero he's going to provide around 40 sq meters of mat space... everything will be set as soon as everything is agreed to. thanks for the suport guys.....all this is almost ready.... i just have to get back to ceu to start it! thanks!

The reason why it's 150 per session and 800 a month is so that we could encourage continuance... para dili bitaw mu hunong hunonhg sa training... the reason for that is coz BJJ is not a martial art that you can learn in a session or even one session a week... kihanglan dyud consistent... so i hope you understand that the 150 per session is not meant for local residents of cebu.... its meant for outsiders who decide to come over for maybe a day and den train while they are in cebu.... so im sorry Bytelick about the prices... but they really are not expensive.. its cheap compared to those in manila and the reason for that is because i want to improve the coverage of BJJ in cebu... i encourage you to try it out... for one month... just so you get the feel of it...
Im going to be teaching... my name is Norman Go... i have three years of experience in BJJ.. i'm a blue belt 2 stripe under professor alvin aguilar and kazeka muniz.... im a gold medalist in the campeonato deftac de jiujitsu and a silver medalist in the 2006 philippine bjj open...

thanks for understanding, pero i stil wud rather that you try it out for a month hahaha... if u wanna learn a really effective martial art... BJJ is it! trust me... and i will try my best to give u the best possible instruction in Cebu.... i may not be the highest ranking but il assure you of quality intruction
