Back up your phone in Samsung Kies. Unya navigate sa Settings > Applications Manager > All > Media Storage. Force Close it then clear the Data/Cache of the app. Restart dayun. I check kung naay alibyu.

wala pa nako nasuwayi ang factory reset kai kapuyan q install usab sa mga apps. pero aq nalng gidisable ang DRM storage ug media storage sa apps manager. nawagtang ang pop.ups pero d nq magamit ang media player ug gallery., as of now okay nalng, huwat2 nalng q sa next update. karong dec man daw.
