Its regretful that you were in that situation.
Its understandable that you did what you had to do.
You simply exercised your principles.
No one can take that against you.
Any member in Fluor can end their contract if they feel their own principles is at risk.
However, so long as a member is part of the Company, that member is legally bound to follow the rules and regulations.
The Company is then legally bound to follow what is in your signed contract.
If the member's contract does not say regularization within one year, then it is not guaranteed.
That's how contract works and when you sign it, you agree to it.
