You simply exercised your principles.
No one can take that against you.

Any member in Fluor can end their contract if they feel their own principles is at risk.
However, so long as a member is part of the Company, that member is legally bound to follow the rules and regulations.
The Company is then legally bound to follow what is in your signed contract.
If the member's contract does not say regularization within one year, then it is not guaranteed.
That's how contract works and when you sign it, you agree to it.

Before making opinions about the company, labi na if office works ra ang trabaho unya non technical pa jud, better consult sa atong mga kaigsuonan nga naa sa field works kung unsa ron ang sitwasyon sa mga oil rigs (platform / offshore ug onshore)...
