bai, depende na sa imong grado sa PMP...di mana magkapareha gyud...hehe..at first, pareha mo tanan ug sweldo (except sa transpo allowance) but after PMP di namo pareha ug basic....

you better believe it gurl...mao gyud na ang reason....dugay kaayo mu order ang taga H.R. then pasanginlan dayon ang purchasing department nato...it's their (H.R.) responsibility baya if kita sila kulang na ang supplies...hehe..but we can't also blame them kay pwerting busy-ha pud nila labi na sa recruitment and CompBen

@simonjed, check the computation or percentage sa imong makuha sa table...naa ra sa pipeline site nato...click on H.R. then payroll I think...
