ok no problem! il check it out...
I would probably say between500-to800 pesos bro....
thats probably a good entry rate for beginners who wanna try.
ey norms... do you have gi for sale? i suggest you bring a few so those who don't have gi won't have any trouble buying one. i'm speaking for myself of course
pa dala nalang ko gi and white belt norms. size a3 or a4. will refund lang if ok ra
i think 800-1000 per month/ 150 per session sa bai.... thats as low as i can go.... the equipment(mats, were using puzzle mats) is pretty expensive man gud.... and also we have to give back to baseline.... what do u guys think? honestly... its very very low... i also have to speak to aldie about this pa... to give u an idea of how much it costs in manila its 2400-3000 per month or for 12 sessions.. on a per session basis its 500 pesos...
aldie,
i have a gi for sale.... its a mizuno but i honestly dont like it as much as bjj gis.. its harder and a lot bulkier.. im selling it for 3500 coz its very slightly used... u can tell its slightly used! there are atama gis for sale here... those are high quality gis... go to bjjphilippines.com and then i think its 6000 or 6500... u can ask meto buy it for you guys... and just pay me back when i get back
Guys i really need feedback from everyone about the prices so we can work out an affordable price range for everyone
norms, youre buying your own mats?diba naa naman mats sa baseline?
150 per session is way ok! for guys like me with a very unstable sched, this is just perfect.
well they aren't mats of baseline, diffrent classes own them so we have to probably rent them too.... so you see i can't really make it as cheap as i want it to be.... but i honestly think its a good rate already.. even for cebu standards.. the taekwando class in baseline charges 1000 a month...
@norms... i think the 800/month (3x a week session) is a very reasonable price. also the 150/session.
guys, just to give you an idea, the rate above is actually already the cheapest as compared to the other martial arts in baseline. So i think these rates are already very good. as for the mats, we can use the aikido mats there. no need to pay for rental. i also have extra mats there (10ft x 10ft i guess) so i guess and hopefully that would do.
just spoke with norms earlier. and we agreed to have 2 sessions with gi and 1 session with no gi. Or we can have 2 no gi and 1 with gi sessions. depends on what all of you prefer. what do you guys think? as for the schedule of the with gi and no gi, we haven't finalized it yet. That's why we need your inputs as to how you guys want to have the sessions.
So... fire away folks
150pesos per session i guess is okay too though. for irregular participants(like me). especially since you would have to buy equipment (mats, etc)..
and yes, comparing to manila prices. that is much much cheaper(exacty!!).
and hopefully since it is in the heart of the city, more guys will be exposed to it. basta ako , i will help advertise in whatever way i can(to judo players, etc etc). and smokoy, since you are connected with baseline maybe there is a possibility to invite other practitioners of other arts to join.![]()
gi no gi.. doesnt matter, if you have gi, wear a gi, if wala pa kapalit then no gi lang muna. okay ra gani nako mag gi even if ako partner no gi (labi na wala pa kapalit ug gi).
