    naa ko question...for people who might know the answer...

    why can't government (from other countries) bypass their donations/contributions to NGO's like Habitat for Humanity/Red Cross/etc. helping out the relief knowing how corrupt this yellow f**king government is?

    i mean why the hell can't they do that?

    Sa ako ubos nga pangagpas ani kay maglisud silag bypass kay ang yellow govt mo papel man dayon. Di ba nadungog man to nga gusto pod nila i tax ang donation. Way uwaw jud ning gobyernoha. Puede guro na nila i bypass pero maglisud silag asa ipaagi kay kaning gobyernoha mangita man jud ug chance nga maka share sa donation.
