since its Holiday Season, had bought myself a present for today... i'll do a RX-580 crossfire... will pair this one w/ the currently installed MSI RX-580 OC 8GB Armor...

FPS gaming titles like Battlefield series, Far Cry series, Crysis series are my gaming genre...

Update...

Had installed the Power Color RX-580 8GB Red Devil last night (pulled out the MSI RX-580 8GB Armor)... Then made a manual OC (core: 1450 MHz and mem: 8200 MHz)... Then played Battlefield 1 at 1080p. My 27" monitor's resolution.

Nag lingo2x ko's resulta. Naa man sa 90 to 120 fps then mo dip panagsa sa > 80 fps. Installed bthe latest AMD Adrenaline driver. This is on Ultra GFX quality preset. API is DX11... Wala ko maka set sa DX12 kay nalipong ug natulog na ko after 30 mins of game play... Hahaha...

Mura'g maka upgrade ko's monitor ani kun mag padayon ko sa RX-580 crossfire dah. Gasto napud... Tsk3x... Naay Asus diri na 32" 1440p priced at 15K php equivalent ra ba... Affordable ra kaayo... But again, gasto napud...

Or better, baligya na lang nako ning MSI RX-580 OC 8GB Armor uga barato... Para mahalin ug dali ug para dili ko maka palit ug lain monitor diri... 1440p would be great for the RX-580 8GB crossfire config... Hahay...

Mahalin kaha ning MSI nko for just 8K php? Its a very good deal for a RX-580 8GB OC...

Oh, the power of the beast (Red Devil) was unleashed by the FX-8320 oc'ed to 4.4 GHz... Mao ni mentioned nako sa previous post na an OC'ed AMD FX-83xx paired with a RX-580 is a match made in heaven...

For now, I don't need a Ryzen or 8th Gen Intel i5 or i7... My FX-8320 is more than enough on the AAA games that I played...

Less than 70 Deg C ra ang akoang MSI Armor RX-580 8GB... OK ra man ni siya
Factory OC'ed right out of the box. Then pwede maka manual OC ta kun ganahan pa ta pero, not much kay 8 pin power header ra man ni iyaha. Mine had just OC'ed it from 1366 to 1380 MHz core clock to match the Red Devil stock speed in crossfire.

The Red Devil alone, I can OC it to 1475 MHZ core and 9,000 MHz mem speed... Stable kaayo siya...

FPS wise, na shock ko's Red Devil in playing Battlefield 1 on Ultra GFX preset @ 1080p. Taas kaayo...

update on the GPU temp... akoang gi adjust to "manual" ang fan speed via MSI Afterburner. ubos na ang temp sa GPU at full load. dili na maka abot ug 50 Deg C...
