    For beginners, I would recommend to do a cardio (jog/walk) after work and morning during sundays..While you stick to your usual eating, however avoid those oily and fatty foods.. start rana, and if nakaya na nimo for a month. you can tweak a little on your food intake.. like count your calories intake.. then, i would recommend that you do cardio twice a week nalang but you enroll your self to a gym. do a light weights lifting to build a little muscles..

    So cardio (twice a week) + light weight lifting (3-4 times a week) + watch and count your calorie intake.

    Mahirap talaga magpapayat. Pero pag my determinasyun, Kayang-kaya yan!

    6am - drink aloe + tea + exercise 30-60 minutes + breakfast shake
    10-11am - snacks 1 banana/apple
    12:00 - lunch fish/chicken {palm size) + 1 cup rice/mixed veges
    3pm - snacks 1 banana/apple or 1 boiled egg
    6-7pm - dinner fish/chicken (palm size) + 1 cup rice/mixed veges
