My suggestion is suggest at least 3 to 5 venues and then from there will boil down to 3 then 2 and then 1 . Post some accomodation amenities like places of interest , weather forcast , transportation availablities , hotel amenities , major airports. Whoever suggested the winning VENUE must be the HOST of that EB . In short provide ta ug informataion ana na specific location
