Hello Folks! I need some advice. Here's my situation, I am working full-time in oDesk for a certain US-based employer and they are in existence for decades already. Few days ago, I received an invitation for an interview from an Australian company and accepted it. After being interviewed, this Australian interviewer who was also the owner of the company, wanted me to work for them exclusively for a higher starting rate compared to my present odesk job. The thing is, I am already comfortable with my present job. My fear is If I will accept the offer I might just regret my decision later. I want to keep my present job but at the same time I want to take advantage of the opportunity which will mean I have to choose between the two. FYI: this Australian company has a payment method verified in oDesk but they pay directly to paypal because as they have said my pay will not be deducted for tax in this method. If you are in my shoes, what will you choose? Why?

Getting your pay outside oDesk is risky. Verified tuod na sya pero since direct sa paypal imo pay di na ka kinahanglan ka mo log in sa oDesk tracker. Daghan na syay mga disadvantages. Imo oDesk hours di motubo. Naa uban clients mo prefer ug taas-taas nag oDesk hours. After the contract wa kay madawat na feedback kay you're hired pero wa ka nigamit sa oDesk. Di pa jud guaranteed imo pay din if e ty sa client di ka kareklamo ana. It happened to me before mao para nako red flag nang ana na style. It's a tempting offer tinood kay dako-dako na bya nang 10% oDesk fee pero mao lagi taas kaaug risk.

Walay standard brad. Depende ra nimo pila imo gusto madawat kay naay mga taga Bangladesh kontento nag $0.50/hr

@Additional pangutana, 1st time ni nako sa hourly paid job gud. After ba magstart sa time tracking, pwede ba ta makastop ana anytime? like para mubreak? or undang sa work and then resume it the next day?
