    sad to say but this is true. i have some friends who were removed during the training due to getting 3 NO's in their survey for the whole month. this depends on the TL also coz she can decide on that too not only the HR. ingon ani ka strict ang sprint nga account. grabe ka pressure especially sa stats nila. dako lagi ka sahod but for me it is not worth it. i also heard nga grabe ang politics within the company. pilit lng ka imong TL bsan pa sige ka absent but good stats ka then you are sure to survive. so sa mga hilig moabsent adto mo ddto but be sure to be getting good surveys.

    mao pod ni ang giingon sa akoang friend na unfair dw kay naa daw uban cgeg absent dayon wala man g term...grabe jud dw ang politics...the day after, i think last thu, 3 more were terminated due to 3 NO's. hehehe...

    I guess the term People Management will never apply to cc's? hehehehe...

    well i think to be fair naman with cvg they are quite good with their employees jd. with the other accounts in cvg only sprint has this way of retaining people that is why they are called level 2 or hybrid agents. as far as i know lang ha, depende jd na sa TL coz there are some waves nga even if they are not so good during training or wala ka pasar sa stats during their training giendorse ghapon sila sa floor. someone even told me nga hagbong jd sya sa surveys during their training but nipromise lng sya sa iyang TL nga mobawi sa floor and now she has been there for 2 years na.

    regarding politics, that is very common na jd especially kanang mgsmoke breaks dra then kuyog2 daun. paet lang kay ang ngtinarong ang panaktakon nga ang surveys maatlan ra man jd ka ana. bad luck lng sa atong mga kaila kay ang mga bad calls nila ang nasurveyhan.

    in our account, dli man ing-ani.. i cant say for the sprint account but so far sa amoa, wala man nauso an pulitiko.. as long as performer ka, makita jd na sa management and sa counterpart namo sa US snce we are a back ofis account... sabagay 200+ ra man mi hehehe! so d kau cla makataktak kay every agent counts man...

    I have already signed the contract, pero I wonder, ang kanang ge butang sa contrata ba, silbe, march 1 ang ge butang, mao na siya ang DAY nga mag sugod ug training? or before pa jud ana ang training? nya tawagan baka ana nga para i-remind?

    ok i got a call from them ganiha. i was asked to do another medical exam. jeez. ingon ani ka stricto? humana baya ge kuot akong luveee. they want to kuot it more?

    mao na cya ang date nga magstart imong training as far as i remember but just to make sure tawagi nalang sila.
