i dont know if OT na ba ni but since this is a suggestion thread i might as well suggest.

suggest unta ko sa mga sellers nga daghan ug baligya or naa gyud shops
tapos gigamit nila ang istorya as another means of advertising nga to limit their
threads dili kay isa ka item nga baligya isa ka thread.. bati man gud kaayo
nga idungan ug UP hasta 5 or 10 threads, matabunan dayun ang uban...
adto naka sa next page...

agree jud ko ni bungi!! naay usa ka member nga grabe jud ka daghan og thread, parihas2x ra bya ang solod!! i already pm'ed the administrator pero wala may action, i hope ma actionan na ni sa mga moderators, dili ra bya jud daghan og topics, mag cge pajud og bump sa thread niya! it says in the rule book nga at most is 1 bump every 12 hrs, iya kay wa pa gani ka abot, bump dayon!

suggestion lang ni mga bai...what if we have to make a format of an "LETTER OF AGREEMENT" lets say before the seller/buyer do transactions with the items, any of the two (seller/buyer) should have a LETTER OF AGREEMENT with two copies para one of them dunay copy kon magkasinabot sa items and of course dunay signature both parties. PARA DALI RA MAKIHA ANG SELLER KON MAGBINUANG SA BUYER.

REQUIREMENTS for transactions:

- photocopy of two valid ID's (school id, sss, tin, driver license, etc.) (for the sellers only)
- 2 copies of LETTER OF AGREEMENT
