    boss lisud kaayo na ang urge. what i do is balance it. i only eat enough. tilawtilaw lang bah.so far ok raman. sometimes after ko mukaon ug junk food ako segundahan ug almonds or fruit. high in fiber.mawala na dayon ako urge.hehe.

    As much as i can Boss, I balance jud what i eat. (kutob sa akong nahibaw-an nga balance )
    I've resorted na to eating fresh carrots, fruits, lettuce, etc.
    Pero medyo mahal man ni akong mga "junkfood replacements" oi.

    Ang current viable alternative nako Boss is kaning "granola" or granola-granola.
    Ako ra man gabuhat maong granola-granola a.k.a. sinangag nga rolled-oats + peanut butter + honey.
    It seemed to satisfy my urge to munch something and cheaper to do pod. hehehe

    well to tell you honestly boss, in my opinion its all about excessive eating boss. ok ra kaayo boss imo lang balance. as long as dili lang pud palabi bah.i think mao raman gud na point.

    frankly sa una boss, i always mind what i eat, naa daghan food nga gusto nako kaunon pero di ko mukaon kay mao lagi makatambok blah blah blah..

    pero one day boss my father got colon cancer, and then he got chemotherapy, he lost his appetite to eat boss, and then tanan nga foods nga iya gusto kaunon di na niya makaon kay di naman siya nahan mukaon. he lost his sense of taste. he is okay now by the way.

    then i realized nga food is life's little pleasures, as long as dili lang nimo abusaron and imo lang balance, i think we should be fine. it just make me appreciate food boss. life's little pleasures. hehe. there was one time my father nihilak siya boss kay iya favorite foods dili na siya ka taste and dili napud niya makaon. mura man gud ug what kind of life would it be if sige ta kwenta sa mga ingon ana. ako rapud na opinion boss. wala man pud nakasayup ana boss.in fact its good. hehe. better proactive than reactive.
