Mga bossing naa unta ko daghan questions concerning legality issues of radio ownership, kinsa pwede mapangutan-an diri? Honestly noob pa jud ko when it comes to this matter. Btw for personal communication use ra ako purpose ani. Need ba na licensed radio operator jud before maka own ug radio legally? If yes unsa inyo ma-recommend na studihan para maka pasar sa class D exam? Unsa pud ang mga requirement? Dili ko electronic or electrical engineering grad so wala pa ko aspiration to get a higher operator class license. Kinahanglan ba sab na amateur club member? Pwede ba sab malegally register ang mga china made radios like baofeng? Also im planning to take the exam on november, unsa inyo masuggest ako himoon. Daghan pa unta ko other questions pero kani na lng sa for now. I hope somebody here can help. Thanks na lang daan.

@ Masterbug, just review Phil Radio laws and regulation (article 3846) ug ang new Memo Circular # 03-08-2012(Revised Amateur Radio Regulations) mao na coverage sa Element 2 para makapasar ug Class D (foundation class). kung class D ka, allowed ka sa VHF(50w) lang.
