Kristiano, there are a few differences between these products. Ang TWSHS kay wax ra ni cya, however they recently came out with a "Performance Plus" version which has some cleaning properties in it - i will explain later what I mean by this. Ang Cleaner w/ Carnauba wax, similar sa akong gi mention ganina sa TWSHS, naa cleaning properties with the benefit of a wax. Ang F21 nga line sa TW kay ilaha nang "synthetic" formula nga line that was released years ago. When I say "Synthetic" - wala ni sila Organic/Natural Carnauba Wax, instead they're all man-made chemicals.
Ang kanang "cleaner wax" are considered All-in-One's or AIO's...in short, 1 step ra ni sila. After you clean and wash your car - if you apply a Cleaner Wax, it will somehow remove the existing Wax that you have on your car OR lightly polish your clear coat by "Filling" versus true polishing. Usually, cleaner waxes/polishes "fill" light swirls and small scratches, giving you the impression nga na correct ang defect when in fact wala. Naa daghan na AIO, ang kaning Cleaner Wax kay mo clean and wax ra...naa better products which can Clean better, then offer the benefits of both a Sealant and Wax...thereby improving the durability of the product.
AIO's are great to use if you don't have the time to work on the defects of your paint/coat - Compound/Polish/Seal/Wax...There are a lot of great AIO's which have reasonable durability. There are a lot of great AIO's in the market: Klasse AIO, Menzerna 3in1, Detailer Pro Opti-Coat, Poorboy's Polish and Sealant, etc. Personally, I use 3D HD Speed and mix it with their HD Poxy Montan Wax - great results everytime with a deep wet shine.
You can apply AIO's by hand, but use a Microfiber Wax Applicator versus a foam pad. The reason being, the former can "Clean" better than the latter. To make the most of an AIO, and from my experience, the use of a Machine Polisher (Dual action or Random Orbital) paired with a Light or Heavy Cutting Pad will result in even better "cleaning" of pre-existing wax or sealants that are already on the car, and would allow for the product to penetrate light swirls and scratches better.
I think this is a lot of information and can get confusing...so let me make it simple:
1. Cleaner Wax - Wax with a Cleaning agent which will remove wax that was previously applied. Cleaner Wax are considered AIO's.
2. AIO's - lots of great AIO's in the Market. Others offer better Cleaning properties, and can both Seal and Wax - better than a Cleaner Wax.
3. Use a Microfiber Wax Applicator - naa baligya sa Ace Hardware, orange ang color. Using a Microfiber Wax Applicator would "clean" existing wax on the car better than just using a foam pad. Usually, you would most likely need 2 Microfiber Pads.
4. To get the most of an AIO - use a DA Polisher with a Light or Heavy Cutting Pad (usually colored Orange and Green but depends on the manufacturer). This allows for the best Cleaning of existing Wax.
5. AIO's usually have more Fillers - these will hide light swirls and light scratches, giving you the impression that the defect has been corrected.

Try a dedicated Bug and Tar remover, naa daghan baligya ana sa Ace or Tru Value. In fact, WD40 works as well only that it is oily.
