The question still stands as to why it was not disclosed to applicants that Accenture is the new name after the legal battle of Andersen Computing/Consulting or whatever their name was.Originally Posted by cebutrader
This may be crazy advice but always put your mindset in the thought that you work like you have nothing to lose. Tutal, expendable man ta there's no reason why we shouldn't look at them the same. And when push comes to shove all their good intentions disappear when it comes to deciding in letting the company float or letting you go.
Anyway, it's pretty obvious naman siguro bati ug feedback ang Accenture for veteran IT professionals. Let's just treat it as a symbol nalang that the IT industry is now investing in Cebu even though it doesn't necessarily mean that these "big names" are ideal places to work. Just like a product, the first generation of companies will always suck. The ones that come later will have something better to offer. So if patient mo paabot lang ta nga naai nindot maabot.

very korek.......and I'm sure daghan jud na ang mo-abot. So patience lang jud, you won't be a programmer if you didn't have patience from the start.

preha mo ako kaila cebutrader. mga 60k+ na siya sa lexmark. Accenture only offered him around 5-10k increase nya Manila-based daw. Gi-ingnan niya unless you will be paying me 100k in Manila, we can start talking. LOL
