The waiting period was quite long but it was worth the wait when I saw the contract and their offer! How's the work environment in QBE Manila?

depende kung asa ka nga region ge assign..sa amoa kay australia mi.. kung voice ka probably north america namo ana..but dili ra pressure ang voice dre..

FYI - moving forward, all hiring requirements sa QBE pang shifting na mostly Europe and North America operations. The first batch maoy mostly mornings. But like what 30121895 mentioned, dili man pressure ang voice sa QBE because the volume of calls is not that much compared to other call center companies.

bai, nakadawat nako og email response sa QBE today. they will keep in touch with me raw and i have to check my email from time to time if they are shortlisted (or if I will be part sa ilang shortlist) so that's mean...
