wala man koy problema anang dili muhatag sila ug recibo oie. and if dili sila muhatag ug resibo, dili mana naku ma connect na genuine ba ilang products...ug ganahan gyud mo maka kuha ug resibo, ad2 nalang mo palit sa SM or sa GNC guro and for sure, you can really get your money's worth sa mga prices sa SM ug sa GNC!!!

i just wanted to share my experience with Wise Choice.
around february 6 i joined metrosports. a day or two later i stopped by Wise Choice to buy some creatine. the creatine i asked for was sold out but the owner told me he'll have it in stock next week. he then spent the time to take out his available creatine products [ which happened to even be cheaper than the stuff i wanted ]. being unfamiliar with the products and brands i asked him if i could come back and make a decision after i did some research. he said no problem. no pressure or anything to buy.
the next day i found the wise choice thread here on istorya and facebook page. i texted the number available and started to text at like 8-9am in the morning. to my surprise i received a reply [ MIND YOU THE STORE WAS NOT EVEN OPEN YET ] so the owner literally took time out of his OWN personal life to help a customer.
i asked him a lot of questions especially about what was more important. a pre work out drink or creatine. at the end of the discussion and numerous texts the owner told me to buy the creatine.
here are some facts :
the pre workout drink i wanted was 2700 [ or 2400 i think cause it was on sale ]
the creatine he recommended was [ 950 ] Mutant Creakong
i just want to add the owner knew nothing of my budget or that i had just bought a 1 year membership at metrosports for 8K. so let's just say i couldn't afford both. either i would buy the PWO drink or the creatine. the owner could of easily told me to buy the pre workout drink which would be more beneficial to him obviously. but he recommended that i buy the creatine first.
at the end of the day. this meant A LOT to me. it shows the INTEGRITY that wise choice / the owner has for it's customers. a business is always going to be a business. that's the whole point. to make money. but when you start caring about the customers first their health and well being - well, you couldn't ask for more from a business.
...i took myself to JY and bought the Mutant Creakong.
The sad thing is that some people in this thread dont see that mas makatabang sa Pilipinas, ug sa mga tao na if taggan kag recibo sa imung gi gamit and purchase, mas daghan kag mahatag balik and matabang sa ekonomiya sa Pilipinas. Yes, I know some of our taxes pangawaton ra sa Goberno, but that does not happen all the time. And that doesnt mean na manikas lang sad ka by not giving out receipts just because of the corruption in our country. If musuko mo sa mga tao na dili mamayad ug taxes, then mao sad na ang gibuhat sa wise choice. Kamo, diba naa man moi trabaho? Diba kuhaan man mog taxes automatically? Dili nindut noh? Pero and wise choice dili kuhaan "tanan or accurate taxes" since dili manghatag ug recibo automatically. Think about it naman, before you start hating. Mao ni ang problema sa Pilipino, emotional kaayu, dili mag huna huna ug tarong and dili mag huna huna unsay maayu in the long run. Im just glad dili tanan Pilipino ingun ana. Good day!
i've read through this thread. all 16 pages of it. and even until now you're just being completely hypocritical.

you started this thread because you didn't receive a receipt. but in your topic title alone you isolate your target. WISE CHOICE LAHUG CEBU CITY. but throughout the conversation you start generalizing the problems of the philippines, the government, and business practice and started using that as your basis for your complaint.
in all honesty - it just sounds like you're being vindictive towards Wise Choice. if your plan all along was to raise awareness about receipts, the problems facing the philippines government and business practices then i salute you. but it obviously wasn't from the start.
i commend you on trying to make the PH better. but you went about it all wrong. especially trying to specifically out a store like Wise Choice. we all know Wise Choice isn't the ONLY store that doesn't give out receipts. can you honestly say this is the first time you've never received a receipt before?
you got emotional over something Wise Choice did to you or a family member. getting emotional - the same thing you point out about one of the problems facing the PH. this problem you speak of is definitely true. the other problem is - you're a part of it too.
