J2sun, congratulations for being the first to go out the rat race, walang kahirap hirap for the first timer to play the cashflow 101 boardgame. ü

Btw, we forget to ask you, what did you learn from the game, if you don't mind answering my questions. ü

    God bless. ü

thanks dudez! it was a good game
If you have little background in business, this game can teach you a lot from accounting to business opportunities and works a lot like real life.

I learned a few things, such that passive income should be greater than total expenses in order to exit the rat race (which is applicable in real life gyud) and that holding cash is useless if you have nothing to use it for.

J2sun, i would like to commend you for our cashflow 101 game last Saturday, you doing a great job when you buy a stocks worth S1/share, if I remember it correctly you bought 17,000 shares, that's one of the factors that you are able to go out the rat race fast enough because you have the cash to invest in big deals, good job bro. ü

This would be our next goal that we could go out of the rat race within an hour in a three consecutive cashflow 101 game. ü
