kanang simple raman ako gipangita nga complete ang gamit in terms of basic movements like squat racks..
naa man kuno sa may borromeo brad, taran-awon pa nako kung ok...

i always wanted to enrol pud ug gym, infact i went to fitness first sa sm fairview only to find out nga dili sila modawat ug cash payments but credit card or checking account. bag o pa kaha ko diri, wala pakoy checking acct but can get one. medyo nalain kos akong na experience. anyways, i figured, takes a lot of time and preparation ug mag gym esp nga ga work pa jud ko the whole day. what i did is i always look out for sale of gym equipment ug namalit na lang ko ug diri na lang kos balay. wala nay hago prepare sa mga gamit, walay waiting time nus a mahuman ang uban, makapahuway, makakaon dayun after, maka shower dayun. convinience kaau while watching tv mag exercise. dili man kaau mahal ang mga gamit. first i bought is combined elliptical ug stationary bike. barato ra. mahal pa gani ang 2 months sa fitness first kay 3500 per mon sila. im so happy maski diri lang sa balay maka exercise ko. i suggest katong uban, invest lang gamay sa machine, its yours forever anyways, wala pay manaway nimo or libak2 parehas sa ubang gym

Naay kanang atbang sa Metro Wholesale store, dapit colonade. Tag-500 ra ang month. It's decent, just don't expect it to be like MetroSports or Citigym. Halos kumpleto equipment pud.
