the next exo-planet (planet with same characteristics like earth) is 20k LIGHT years away..
and there are a number of them discovered using long range scope.

SInce Exoplanet is in perfect attribute and characteristics like Earth, so there is a possibility that there are creatures (including tiny ones) that are inhabitting those planets. YOu can take that to the bank!

maybe we're not alone, aliens are aliens, they lives in other planet, maybe they have the ability to travel to our planet w/o even detected. maybe their technologies are very hi-tech than what we have.
