@ bro ambik: dont forget the wind chimes and venetian blinds. (that's complimentary businesses to your existing businesses). curtains is also an alternative sa venetian blinds.

i like your idea on online 24/7 services. we'll discuss that sa imong brother-in-law.

to our 2nd speaker Mr. Noel Velasquez:

thanks for coming (and your wife Maam Janette)!!! We loved the energy and passion...

here's what we got from you:

    - you gotta have to have a dream if you want to make your dream comes true
    - failure is when you stop trying (who would have thought after 10 years of failures and frustrations you'd become a great success? now, you own a huge company!)
    - technology-wise: you have to adjust fast and use the available technologies around you like applying e-commerce in one's business

most of the EYEBIZ participants will join the Rotary group... thanks for the invitation!

let me check my sched if i can be there this April 11's launching...

to our last speaker Kuya Ben Cafe:

everyone we're amazed with your humble beginnings.... you inspired us!
(we had a great laughed when you shared your stories.)

thanks for paying the bills sa EYEBIZ... (you really know how to "pay forward"
and pass your blessings to others. thats one secret of the "rich".)

here's the nuggets of wisdom we picked up from you:
    - always look for ways to improve your life
    - start small but "think" and dream big for your business
    - take care of your people and they'll take care of your
business (thats why kuya ben has 350 loyal employees)

FYI: Mr. Ben Cafe owns a big security agency here in Cebu plus a 25-unit-car taxi business.
Kababayan nako nga taga-Bohol. worked in the army for 11 years.
When he was in USA, tighimo ra siya og native basket then nahimong mekaniko sa Honda Cars.
He became a "big" name there in entire Los Angeles, California when he accidentally established a "lechon baboy" business.

P.S. OFWs send money to the Philippines to support their families.
kini si kuya Ben kay lahi, he's the one sending $3,000 dollars every
month, from Philippines to USA, para sa schooling sa iyang daughter.
