Someone wants the CAIB to "ban anything Gloria Diaz" as a result of the recent slur which was interpreted to be indecent.

A local moralist in Barangay Sambag II wants the CAIB to grant her "moral" request - banning belly dancing.

Reasons:

1. It is to erotic in nature and is therefore immoral.
2. It is an anti-Filipino, anti-Cebuano and anti-Christian dance in nature
3. It degrades the dignity of the Cebuana and the Filipina in general.

The problem with us Filipinos is that if something gets tagged as "immoral", condemnation follows.

I think the most effective way is to educate the people ang make moral observance as a common practice within the folds of a family. If nobody would not cater then possibly this would die out eventually.

trying in vain. hahaha. maypa ila i-divert ila attention to something else. sobra ra kaau. that way instead of banning maybe lang.. just maybe ma divert pd ang attention sa mga taw and mu decline ang "indecency"
