    Morning and night and in between when I need to. I brush, floss, then brush again...and then use mouthwash. Takes up a bit of time. I also prefer brushing in the shower. I feel extra clean lol

    Ako wala ko kabalo if how long.. Hehehe. Basta feel nako nga limpyo na undang nako. Hahaha. 2 times a day ra jud. Kay sa work dili ko magdala ug toothbrush.. Kapoy dala2x..

    twice a day jud ko tig toothbrush but since sa office man ko mag lunch.. mabutang na 3x a day

    5mins jud daw ana ang dentist but hawoy naman.. haha.. d na orasan but dali ra pud ng 1minute.. mga more or less 3mins
