sakto sab ka bai nga naa jud taw nga bsan onsaon og tabang wala ra sab jud. pero i don't believe that majority of our poor people kay wala naningkamot, kay kung wala na sila naningkamot bai patay na na sila ron... wala na gud libre karon panahona. They need some support from the government.... Economic figures should trickle down in ways like public services, projects which cost reflects the lowest cost possible.
and the only key aron dili magkalisodlisod is education.. ug wala ka naka suway ug pangutana sa mga ato nga nagkalisod jud kaayo karon nga diin ug unsa man ilang gibuhat sa dihang gipa eskwela pa sila sa ilang ginikanan? suwayi nya ug pangutana ha? unya tagae dayon ko ug percentage.. ok?

How can our conversation regarding loans used as infrastructure be related to petty scandals(which are too broad or too baseless to consider)? Hmmmmmmmmm..............
LOANS create projects, which projects are overpriced aren't they related?

Your question is way too critical.
This can only be answered by local authorities who are conducting those projects.

And please don't post like Lozada, no facts all saliva.
overpriced project i mentioned... there are lots of it that COA find irregular, but no cases filed.

Yes, But I only explained to fritz on [how we need to loan to create infrastructures, once these infrastructures become huge money making machines, the next administration can use it to pay the debt] until you drag the baseless corruption issue on the table just to spark a quick misleading conclusion based on what I post.
I understand you there... but i only said my point/concerns about this loans

Awww poor creature, I told you again and again for the millionth times. Do not jump to conclusions on any issue that is not yet proven. Get your facts straight! Okay
oh well... i'll just follow your advice. good thing that the people that triggered people power 1 and 2, does not follow this, the issues they fought were not proven until the person they throw away were long gone.

signing off... no sense in arguing with the almighty, i'm just a poor creature. WOW!

nindot ba ang educational system nato diri bai? asa ka nag eskwela pag elementary? pag highschool? pag college?

well naa koy mga silingan nga na undang og eskwela tungod kay kinahanglan sila mo tabang sa ila mama/papa panrabaho, naa sab na addict. sorry bai pero dili ko statistician, but ako makita nila is naningkamot sab ni sila, naa sab jud mga badlongon, don't know the root cause sa ila despair, dili man ko psychologist.

I just compare it to the Gawad Kalinga communities nga ang mga taw malipayon og na enganyo sila to persevere. Why can't have this programs from the government?
