Nag enroll for 1st sem law diri amoa sa Bohol. Sa HNU ko kauban sister school sa USC. Before ko nag enroll, I consulted my wife, family, amd friends who are lawyers and newly passed lawyers. Ila advice kay dapat mag full time lage daw kay lisod on my part na sa hospital nag work. But what struck me most is ila advice na dili mag salig sa prof kay mahagbong daw ko if mu tuo ko nila. Maningkamot daw ko on my own kay lahi ra ang competition if you're in Manila.

Good luck sa mga future lawyers. Aim for the top ta ani kay if mahagbong atleast pasar gihapon =)

Next week, I'll be starting my first year as a law student of USC. I work during daytime so I really have to find time to study while I'm at the office. Before I finally decided to enroll in USC, I was also thinking about enrolling in UC - their school is located nearer to my office and their classes starts early in evening (6:00pm; USC starts at 5:30pm). One of their professors there, who's also our company lawyer, tried to convince me to study in UC since, according to her, "It's the same law!". In the end, I decided to go for USC since its the best law school here in Cebu City.

For me, you should enroll in a top law school available in your area regardless of whether you're working or not. Don't deprive yourself of the chance to learn from the finest law professors.

Only time will tell if I can really endure the daily juggle of work and school, but at least I'm happy right now that I'm enrolled in the best school.
